How do you get my customer’s measurements?

With just two phone photos, our mobile scanning studio enables us to build a 3D body model and capture your key measurements to create your unique garment, perfectly fit for you.

Where do my customer’s data and photos go?

Customer photos are uploaded to a data-encrypted, secure server that we call “The Vault.” We use the photos to build a 3D body model, analyze the measurements, and then delete the photos. We take privacy very seriously. Customer photos are never used or shared in any way.

Do customers have to take photos every time I order?

Once we have your customer measurements and pattern on file, they can re-order from any brand or designer, and we have everything on file in their Fit Profile. However, if your customer feels their body has possibly changed and wants to take new measurements, we’ll text you a new link to take two photos.

What if a customer doesn’t want to take the photos, or they can’t get the web site to work?

Our mobile scanning studio is the best way for us to capture measurements accurately, and design and create your beautifully fit garments. However, if you’re not into photos, please reach out to us! With a friend and a measuring tape, we will work with you to get the right measurements for your unique garment. support@redthreadlabs.com

Where are your garments made?

Each piece is personally tailored in our Reno, Nevada, sewing studio to your exact measurements.
